If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange for any item returned as new with tags in original packaging within 7 days of receiving it. Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. To exchange an item an additional P&P charge will be incurred. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.
Please note: Your PayPal Account will be refunded once we have received and processed the item. Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or because of faulty goods.
Faulty Goods: Please contact Kayess Co within 7 days of receiving the item, if you find the merchandise to be faulty, you may return it to us for replacement or refund.
